EEKE is legally registered as Consumers Union in the \u201cRegister\u201d of Consumers organisations of the General Secretariat of Commerce and Consumers-Ministry of Development of the paragraph 4 of the article 10 of the Law 2251\/1994, which can be found in electronic form at the official website of the <a href=\"https:\/\/kataggelies.mindev.gov.gr\/wp-content\/uploads\/%CE%9C%CE%B7%CF%84%CF%81%CF%8E%CE%BF-%CE%95%CE%BD%CF%8E%CF%83%CE%B5%CF%89%CE%BD-%CE%9A%CE%B1%CF%84%CE%B1%CE%BD%CE%B1%CE%BB%CF%89%CF%84%CF%8E%CE%BD_20250116.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">General Secretariat of Commerce and Consumers<\/a>. <\/p>\n<p>The maintenance of a Consumers Union to the Register of Consumers organisations of the General Secretariat of Commerce and Consumers-Ministry of Development implies the annual assessment of fulfillment of the criteria defining it as a Consumers Union. In these criteria are included the economic self-sustainability, the independence from other organizations and the non-profit making character of the organization.
